Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellation is only possible before work begins. Rescheduling is possible before final submission.

1. Cancellation

A cancellation request is accepted only if work has not yet started. Once we begin processing your application or preparing your documents, cancellation is not possible.

To cancel before work commences, contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +91 9461070570 with your service request details.

2. Rescheduling

Rescheduling of an appointment or service timeline is possible only before the final submission of your application or documents to the relevant government portal.

After submission, rescheduling is not possible as the application is already in process with the government department.

3. How to Request

All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be made via WhatsApp at +91 9461070570. Verbal requests will not be accepted; written confirmation is required.

4. Fees on Cancellation

If cancellation is requested after advance payment but before work commencement, any refund eligibility will be assessed individually. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.
