Payment & Refund Policy

Payment: 50% advance + 50% on completion. No refund after work has commenced.

1. Payment Structure

50% Advance — Required before we begin any work. This secures your booking and allows us to allocate resources to your case.

50% on Completion — The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work, before final documents or credentials are shared with you.

2. Government Charges & GST

All government fees and charges are to be paid separately and directly as applicable. Our processing fee is exclusive of 18% GST and any government portal charges.

Once work has commenced (i.e., after the 50% advance is received and work begins), no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including:

If you wish to cancel before work has commenced, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp. Refund eligibility in such cases will be evaluated case-by-case.
